Doris Magnhild Elna Gurli Ahnsjö (née Lindström) was born August 8, 1905 in Malmö. She was a Swedish painter.

Doris Ahnsjö studied with Danish artist Wiggo Brandt in Copenhagen in 1927 and 1930. Between 1928 and 1929 she studied at Skånska målarskolan, then she continued at the Kungliga Konsthögskolan (Royal Academy of Arts) in Stockholm from 1931 to 1936. The first year there she studied with Gösta von Hennigs and the remaining years with Isaac Grünewald. After her studies, she took private study trips to Denmark, Norway and Finland. She exhibited in galleries in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, among other Swedish cities. She best known for her portraits and still life works.

Ahnsjö passed away at the age of 79 on September 2, 1984.
