He is best known for his still life and landscape paintings.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003eWikström exhibited in both solo and group exhibitions. Select solo shows included ones Västerås in 1949 and Gamleby in Småland in 1956, Skövde, Borås, Lindesberg and Örebro in 1952 and in Uppsala in 1954.. He exhibited with French artists  Georges Dayez and Marcel Mouly.
