He was a Swedish painter, print maker, and art teacher.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSkoghäll studied at the Tekniska skolan in Stockholm from 1941 to 1945 where he graduated from its Higher Industrial Arts Department as a drawing teacher. He then continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts School in Helsinki from 1946 to 1948 and with André Lhote in Paris in 1949. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe exhibitied in solo shows a number of cities including exhibitions in Kristinehamn and Karlstad. He showed alongside Anders Hellsten and Valter Holmström at Värmland Museum in 1948. He regularly participated in group exhibitions including numerous shows beginning in the late 1940s with the Värmland Art Society's salons in Karlstad, and from 1952 in the Örebro County Art Society's \u003cem\u003eLänets konst\u003c\/em\u003e in Örebro and the Stockholm salons at Liljevalchs konsthall in 1962–1963. He was represented in a traveling exhibition of Närkekonst that was shown in Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf and Hagen in 1959.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe cereated public commission artworks during his career including are a facade enamel work in Kumla, a wall relief in iron sheet and enamel for Vialundskolan in Kumla.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHe initiallyworked in a realistic style but around 1950 he switched to an expressive post-cubist painting style. As a print maker his editions often had a circus or music motif.
